Truly exceeded our expectations! great location, with an amazing view of the Colorado river which is literally steps away (super refreshing to take a dip in the Arizona heat). the cottage itself was perfect for our needs: clean, cool and comfortable with all the amenities to make it feel homey. last but not least, Karen and her husband were incredibly welcoming and warm. always responsive and quick to offer friendly chats, help or recommendations. Karen can be seen working daily in the heat to keep guests happy and the place top notch. overall, we had an amazing month and definitely plan to visit again. thank you so much for everything! we had an amazing time and will be recommending it highly!

The pictures are accurate. If you think this is too good to be true, it’s not. I’m a hotel snob and really like 3-4 stars only. I was concerned about staing in a mobile home that it would be like being in a super 8 or motel 6. Oh my gosh, this place is amazing. I recommend you stay with them. The view is amazing. The units appointed in a very nice manner. We will be bringing a group back and probably rent 2-3 of these units if not more for next year. Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality. And thank you for accommodating my sister last minute in her motor home. She’s not much of a planner so you were awesome there as well.

Great host, great management, great accommodations, great view of the beautiful Colorado River and the Casinos across the river in Laughlin. All in all, a great experience. And I’m not generally used to over-using the word “great”! You guys are absolutely wonderful but I’m sure you hear that a lot.

Amazing property, even better hosts. Karen and Wayne went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. they even helped fix our jet ski. The cottage was super cute, the clubhouse was fully stocked and perfect for our party and what a great location. The cottage at Riverfront was charming. It had everything I needed. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. It was very comfortable. The view of the river was nice. This included a walk down to private beach where you could watch the recreation that took place on the river. It was a short drive to stores for certain needs while also having a quiet, private feel next to the river. You’ll enjoy your stay at Riverfront if you happen to be in Bullhead City or Laughlin. Beautiful cottage on the banks of the Colorado River! The river views from my cottage and front porch were great! The river area was amazing, day and night. It is a peaceful area and newly remodeled. I extended my stay because of the relaxing environment. The manager and owner were awesome and extremely welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone! Love your place and all the people there.

My roughly 8-week stay was wonderful! The property manager Karen was always around and very easy to get ahold of. The rental was very clean and equipped with the basics such as toilet paper, towels and some coffee/cream/sugar to get me to the next morning. I worked night shift and the room had darkening shades so I never had a problem with the light or any noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in this area, it was comfortable, clean and safe! ☺️ Thank you for an amazing stay, Karen! It truly was a relief to know that I had a safe and clean place to return to after work.
