Riverfront Cottages in Bullhead City, AZ, offers RV spaces and fully furnished cottages on the Colorado River. We are open year round with great amenities to help you relax and unwind. Whether you want to sit by our heated pool and spa or walk along our sandy beach you will enjoy the refreshing view of the Colorado River. Other amenities include swimming, fishing from our private dock, bring your boat or water toys and ride on the River, or watching the game or play cards in our clubhouse. Things to Know Before Booking
Check In/Check Out
RV Site check-in time is 1:00 PM. Cottage check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check out or re-register by 11:00 PM.
Resort Fees
All fees will be collected at check-in. Only funds drawn in U.S. dollars will be accepted.
Site Assignment
Generally, once a site has been assigned to you, it is yours for the length of your stay.
Sewer Requirements
All sewer connections must seal and lock airtight. AZ law prohibits the use of formaldehyde products in your tanks.
Satellite Dishes
Please place satellite dishes as close to your RV as possible and use weights, not stakes, to secure them.
Ground Stakes – Desertscape
Please do not put stakes in the ground near the trees. They may damage our underground irrigation system.
Resort Courtesy
Please respect your neighbors – DO NOT cut through their site. Quiet time is between 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
Speed Limits
Speed limit is 5 mph while in the resort.
Right to Refuse
Riverfront Cottages reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and ask them to leave the resort if necessary. No refunds will be issued if we feel that there have been disturbances to the community.
Site Vehicle Limits
Maximum of one RV and one vehicle per site. Please contact the office at check-in if you need storage for additional vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in parking areas only.
Guests Responsibility
All guests are responsible for their conduct and that of their visitors, children & pets and for any damages resulting from their actions.
Children
Children under 14 must be under direct adult supervision at all times and follow appropriate safety rules while biking, swimming or participating in any other activities.
Vehicles
All vehicles driven within the resort must be reasonably quiet and can only be driven on roadways. Only licensed drivers may operate a motorized vehicle within the resort.
Soliciting
No soliciting of resort staff or guests is allowed on the property. This behavior is considered disruptive and you will be asked to leave the resort. This does not include resort events planned in advance.
Clotheslines
Temporary clotheslines are not allowed at your site to dry bathing suits and towels. Clotheslines may not be attached to trees, fences or buildings. Guests may be asked to remove a clothesline if deemed inappropriate or intrusive. Please use the dryers that are located in the laundry.
Facilities Closures
Facilities may be temporarily closed for private parties, activities, maintenance or other health and safety related issues. Please observe all closed signs as posted.
Firearms
Firearms must be kept in a safe and secure place in accordance with State and Federal law. No loaded firearms are allowed within the resort.
Trees/Bushes
All trimming is done by resort staff, please contact the office if there is an issue at your site.
Smoking
AZ law prohibits smoking in all buildings. The patio and swimming areas are non-smoking areas. Please observe no smoking areas and dispose of your cigarettes properly – do not toss them on the ground.
Pet Friendly Resort
The following breeds are not allowed in the park (no exceptions): Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweiler’s, Chows, American Bulldogs, and Wolf Hybrids. You must honestly disclose your breed type when making a reservation. The max weight of a dog is 30lbs for cottages and there is no weigh limit for RVs. Upon arriving, any unauthorized dog will not be allowed into the park. Any pet demonstrating vicious or aggressive behavior or excessive barking will be evicted from the park with no refunds.
Pets are allowed in the assigned cottage they are not allowed in other cottages, buildings, swimming pools, pool areas, spa, office or store.
Pet Guidelines:
1. ALL pets must be on a leash at all times when outside. Do not leave pets unattended outside at your site unless you have a dog pen that’s appropriate to the dog’s size. You must be in your rig or on your site to do this. No dog is to be left outside overnight! Please be courteous of your neighbors and do not leave the dog in the rig or outside for an extended period of time if it barks when left alone.
2. You are responsible for the actions of your pet and any damages caused by your pet to our property or the property of others. When necessary, applicable charges will be assessed to cover the expense of damage repair.
3. If your pet relieves itself ANYWHERE in the park or on your site, you must pick up the droppings, bag and dispose of them properly. Do not allow your pet to relieve itself on any shrubs, flowerbeds, neighbor’s landscaping, near buildings RVs or boardwalk, etc.
Continued violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction from the park. All pets must be current on all vaccinations and be free of communicable diseases.
